We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey Bryant as our General Manager.

Tracey has been with Tandem Group for 3 years in our accountancy team as a client manager. Most recently Tracey has also led our human resources and payroll teams.

Joining Tandem Group with 20 years’ experience in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, Tracey has highlighted her skills in all-round organisational development and leadership, which she now brings to the Tandem Group management team.

Tracey’s experience is supported as a Chartered Member of Human Resources New Zealand and AT of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

One of Tracey’s passions is not-for-profit groups and utilising her skills and drive to help them succeed. Tracey spent several years as a weekly volunteer for Women’s Refuge and her most recent achievements have been Chairing Waitara Alive and Co-chairing Waitara Foodbank, offering both organisations fresh prospectives.

We are excited to have a General Manager who believes in the power of sharing her knowledge and experience with our team and clients, and whom is also a self-confessed life learner.

When not at work, Tracey can be found helping not-for-profits, and with her young family.
